YouTube Comedic "Phe-MOM-enon" & National Christian Comedy Artist Anita Renfroe brings her humor to Central PA!
With her unique blend of musical comedy, sass, edge and slightly offbeat takes on All Things Female, audiences at her comedy concert tours, viewers of Good Morning America appearances and the YouTube masses who enjoyed her William Tell version of everything a Mom says would say that Anita just tells it like it is. Some would say she just says what everyone else is thinking, but won't say out loud. "I'd rather people laugh because they relate to something I say than because I wrote a clever punchline, " Anita says. "All my stuff is about my life - it's real and it connects people - and that's a wonderful thing."

A fun and active event for kids ages 9-14
Lancaster General Health Orthopedic Center will partner with local orthopedic practices to offer "Staying in the Game," a free, interactive event for children ages 9-14. The event will be held Friday, March 26 from 5-9 p.m. in the Lanco Fieldhouse, 1901 Miller Road, East Petersburg.
Program participants will rotate through interactive stations and learn the importance of stretching before athletic activities, strength training, proper jumping and landing techniques, overhead throwing, a balance challenge, how to improve running speed, and more.
All children must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. There will be a free gift for the first 100 children.
Check in takes place from 5 - 6 p.m. Participants can enjoy a light meal and meet local sports mascots including Cylo from the Lancaster Barnstormers and Tiki Mon from the Harrisburg City Islanders during that time.
Space is limited and registration is necessary. Please call 1-888-544-4636. Note: In the event of inclement weather, this event will be cancelled. Call the Lancaster General Health Cancellation and Closure Hotline at (717) 544-1200.
"This is a unique way to bring together orthopedic experts for the benefit of our local children," said Stacey Youcis, Vice President, Operations, Lancaster General Health. "Learning the importance of a healthy lifestyle is critical to our children and the future of our community. Through these interactive stations, kids and parents can have fun and learn practical information that can be part of their daily lives," said Youcis.
Lancaster General Health Orthopedic Center presents "Staying in the Game" in cooperation with Argires, Becker and Westphal; Lancaster Orthopedic Group; Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster and Orthopedic Consultants.
