Weekend Childbirth Education class on Saturday, May 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday, May 17 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Brossman Center for Health, 136 Lake Street, Ephrata.  The fee is $60.  Grandparents are encouraged to attend the second session at no extra charge.  Couples planning to deliver at other hospitals may attend.  Designed for expectant parents, this weekend class is planned for the last two to three months of pregnancy.  Classes help prepare for labor and delivery using relaxation, breathing techniques, and exercises, as well as addressing the care of the newborn.  A tour of the Family Maternity Unit is included.  For information about any of the classes and to register, please call the Family Maternity Unit at 738-MOMS
