Lancaster General Health holds 10 community blood drives in March

Lancaster General Health will hold 10 community blood drives throughout Lancaster County during the month of March.

 

Blood donors must be 16 years of age or older and weigh at least 110 pounds. Blood that is collected stays in Lancaster County to benefit members of our community. Please consider giving the gift of life by donating blood at any one of these drives, or at the Suburban Outpatient Pavilion, 2100 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, (formerly the Lancaster General Health Campus). Although no appointment is necessary, you can call 544-0170. Future blood drive sites can be viewed at www.lancastergeneralhealth.org

 

March community blood drives, dates/locations:

 

  • Monday, March 1: Lancaster Junior Barnstormers, Clipper Magazine Stadium, Prince Street, Lancaster 2-7 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 2: Lancaster County Bible Church, 2392 Mount Joy Rd., Manheim, 1-7 p.m.
  • Monday, March 8: Lancaster Bible College, 901 Eden Rd., Lancaster, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Thursday, March 11: Johnson & Johnson, 1838 Colonial Village Ln., Lancaster, 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Monday, March 15: First United Methodist Church, 29 E. Walnut St., Lancaster, 2-7 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 16: Yoder's Market, 14 S. Tower Rd., New Holland, 1-7 p.m.
  • Wednesday, March 17: Kinzer Fire Company, Route 30, Kinzers, 2-7 p.m.
  • Monday, March 22: St. Anne's Retirement Community. 3952 Columbia Ave., Columbia, 1-6 p.m.
  • Thursday, March 25: Lampeter Strasburg High School, 1007 Village Rd., Strasburg, 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 30: Bareville Fire Company, Route 23, Leola, 2-7 p.m.
