Prenatal yoga classes at Yoga on Orange in Lancaster will increase body awareness and enhance your ability to breath and relax.  It prepares you mentally and emotionally to adjust to the physical demands of labor, birth and motherhood.  The classes are on Monday from 5:15-6:15 PM.  A new session starts on September 13th.
