Baby and Mommy Yoga
Take some time out of your busy schedule to strengthen
your body and your bond with your baby.
Babymama yoga is a 60 minute program that's
comprised of interactive yoga poses and baby massage.
We will work on regaining our strength and our
figures while playing with our babies. Learning how
to calm our minds during this hectic time.
Treat yourself and your baby to some babymama time.
The program is intended for babies ages 6 weeks to
a year and all moms.
Classes are Wednesday mornings from 11:30-12:30.
