Penn Cinema Movie Tickets Contest
Rules & Regulations
1. To enter this ongoing contest, go to the exciting new, local website, www.LancMoms.com and complete the registration. Be sure to fill out the registration information completely. (If you are already a registered LancMoms.com user, you may skip this step.)
2. Look on the home page of LancMoms.com for the “Question of the Week.” Read the question, click on “Give us your thoughts here” and type in your answer to the “Question of the Week.” You are now automatically entered for a chance to win that week’s contest.
3. We’re giving away a 4-Pack of Penn Cinema Movie Tickets each week. Come back each week, answer the new “Question of the week” and you will automatically be entered each week to win that week’s movie tickets.
4. This weekly contests begins on Sunday morning, June 1, 2008. Each week’s deadline for entries is Saturday evening at 11:59 PM. There is currently no end date set for this contest, so come back each week for a chance to win!
5. Limit one entry per registered LancMoms.com user each week. You may answer the “Question of the week” more than one time a week, but you will be limited to one valid entry for each week’s contest.
6. Entries may not be mailed in or dropped-off at any location. Each week’s entries must be made at LancMoms.com.
7. The contest winner agrees to have their name announced and photo used on LancMoms.com as well as in Lancaster Newspapers’ printed publications and on LancasterOnline.com.
8. No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years old or older to be eligible to participate in the contest.
9. Prize eligibility is limited to individuals. Businesses are not eligible.
10. Each week’s prize consists of a 4-pack of movie tickets good at any movie at any time at Penn Cinema, Lititz, PA. Subject to availability of seating. If a show is sold out, you must pick a different movie or different time.
11. Each week, from the list of valid, registered users who have answered the “Question of the week,” a random drawing will be held the following week and a winner declared. Judges’ decisions are final.
12. Each week’s winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone within 2 weeks following the end of each contest week and arrangements will be made to deliver the 4-pack of movie tickets.
13. No cash substitute for prize.
14. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes on prize won.
15. Limit one prize per household from LancMoms.com within any ninety (90) day period.
16. Should the specified prize become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a prize of like or equal value will be substituted by LancMoms.com.
17. In the event winner is unable or ineligible to accept the prize, a second drawing will be immediately held from among all valid registrants who answered the “Question of the week” to choose a new winner.
18. Employees of Steinman Enterprises and their immediate families living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
19. LancMoms.com reserves the right to alter any rules of any contest at any time.
